- Drivers List: Full name, DOB, DL#, State issued. # of year with a CDL and hire date.
- Owners Info: If the owner drives or not. The insurance companies will want the owners information. Full name, addrerss, DOB, DL#, State issued. # of years with a CDL if they have one.
- Truck and Trailers: Year make model and VIN#, plus stated value for Physical Damage of each truck and trailer. And also the types of trailers you are pulling.
- IFTA reports back 4 quaters
- If you are being cancelled or non-renewed. Copy of these notices.
- Shopping for better rates. Copy of current Declarations Page.
- We seek solutions to help improve your bottom line
